So lately I got a usb c headset jack adapter for my s21. However, everytime I connect it my device signals the moisture detected when my device has not been near and moisture. What is it doing this mostly when I plug in the adapter. I have did a factory reset and it still does the same thing.
@Lilonez: If the issue has persisted following a factory data reset then there may be an issue with the USB port itself. To further troubleshoot the issue, head to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your Apps' > Show System Apps > OK > USBSettings > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data. If the problem persists, press and hold on the Samsung Members app icon > Diagnostics > USB Connection, and follow the on screen instructions. Does this flag any issues with the connection? Are you still able to connect to your USB charger without the 'moisture detected' notification showing?
