Hi guys,

My phone will not auto rotate anymore, instead I get a silly little grey box that I have to tap when I rotate the screen.
Also if I try to do a reset on my phone it won't work(pressing volume up + power button).it just goes straight to home screen.

Someone please help

to enter the recovery mode you might have to plug in some usb-c headphones or connect you phone to a laptop using a usb-c cable before it will work. read that somewhere and it was the only way I could get mine to go into recovery mode..

Is auto rotate enabled in your icons at the top of the screen ?
