AR Emoji

My AR Emoji keeps on flashing a white screen when I go to open it. 

I've tried clearing all data and cache for the app,

Clearing all cache from phone and I've also tried in safe mode and the same thing happens.

Please help if you can

@ck32: Are you referring to the AR Zone app? If so, does the screen flash white initially before the app opens, or is the app failing to launch?

If you're able to access AR Zone, open the app > Tap the cog in the top right corner > About AR Zone, and check for any available updates here that might address the issue (Wi-Fi connection required).

Hi Andrew, thank you for replying.

It's the AR emoji studio, all the rest works. As soon as I go to open it, it flashes white and fails to launch.

I've checked everything is upto date, deleted data and cache for all AR apps, deleted cache partition on phone. Ive also checked if it happens in safe mode which it does the same thing and fails to launch.

Just to let people know if they have the same issue, it was a corrupt avatar
