Apps not displaying properly

Hello, my grandmother has a galaxy s21 and certain apps do not display properly anymore. This has not always been the case. So Facebook and Amazon are probably the main ones, it’s like everything will not fit on the screen, text is half cut off and you can’t see everything that should be displayed.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hello @Dant97, I recommend ensuring both apps are up to date by heading to Settings > Apps > Facebook/Amazon > App details in store > Update. Then, clear the cache of the apps (no personal data will be affected) by heading to Settings > Apps > Facebook/Amazon > Storage > Clear cache.

It's then a good idea to perform a soft reset to give the software a fresh start (no data will be erased) by pressing and holding the Side and Volume Down keys together until you can see the Samsung logo.
