anyone having issues with messenger on s21 ultra ?

My messenger goes to log in then goes on the logging out page,  where it stays until i close the app . I've tried redownloading it and have had to resort to using messenger lite . Anyone else had this issue and knows how to fix it ?

turn off and on the phone to see improvements

Try either clearing the cache under app or soft reset the phone.

Yes! I have the same problem, tried everything (reinstalling Messenger, clearing data/cache, force stop, rebooting phone, installing older version og Messenger) - No luck! Please Samsung (not Facebook I Guess) - what is happening? Michael

Same here. I have searched the Web and tried all the fixes but nothing worked.

S21 ultra, everything up to date.

I am having the same issue on my Samsung 21+.  Done all suggested still not working please samsung fix issue.

i have experienced, same issue on messenger lagging on 9.26.2021,  had fixed the problem by clearing data and caches. but i doubt this might be temporary, might experience same in the future.  i hope no more lagging
