Galaxy S21 Series

Hello. I have bought my Galaxy S21Ultra 5G a while ago, I am in Ireland, and still haven't received the Android 12 update. Searching on internet it seems it is an issue with the info below from my phone. Anyone know how to solve it?

Change your CSC code!

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.
