After I switched to android 13, I can't connect to the server from my S21 Ultra 5G phone to see the surveillance cameras from the company.
The company that handles the cameras said that the problem is with my phone.
Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this situation?

as the new Android version is quite new the app provider may not have enabled the compatibility with this yet. Have you tried to reach them to see if this is the case? Details on app developers can be found by searching for the app on the Google Play Store> Then searching for the app.
