Hello I was wondering when I would be able to update my galaxy s21 FE with thr new android beta update? I've had a look online it says it's available for s21 series yet I can't find thr notice or the banner in the samsung members app. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If it doesn't appear in the banner you're not eligible to receive it,I'm afraid. This could be for a number of reasons but most likely it's that you don't have a UK unlocked, carrier free device.
If you look at the service provider software version. The code on the end will have something like EUX. If you go into settings. Down the bottom tap on About Phone Then tap on software information You will see service provider software version Normally last few letters say if its service provider supplied or unlocked manufacturer supplied
That does mean it's unlocked so should be available for the Beta program See if you have the invite in the notices section on the Members App Could be they've had the quota of devices registered now
