Android 13 beta signup?

Everyone is talking about this beta update, and I would like to download it. But I can't find the registration link? Could it be because I'm on a carrier branded Rom?

If you got your phone through a phone carrier. It's probably got network optimisation software for that network installed.
Unfortunately this would mean that if you don't see the invite in the notices section on the Members App. You probably won't be eligible until general release.
You can normally see if you go into settings, Software Information
Scroll down to Service Provider Software Version
Last 3 letters will show normally something like EUX if its unlocked

My S21 is unlocked and I've got nothing in notices?

Bought from EE but unlocked.

It's got an EUX in there. 🙃

The EVR I'm afraid means that although you can use other SIM cards in the phone. It's still carrier locked to EE as it has EE optimisation software on it etc.
Sadly this will mean you will have to wait until it gets generally released and EE pushes out that software

A prefix for a European phone.
The HG3 means the ThreeUK supplied the phone and will have some network optimisation software installed for ThreeUK

Well I heard it could be due sometime in October. But probably bank on more November time.
That said the Beta so far is really stable so will see
