Always on Display

Can anyone explain why, Always on Display, will sometimes switch off. I have it on to Display all the time as l use it as my clock during the night. It is very annoying when you wake up during the night and you have a blank screen and have to switch on phone. I have a Galaxy 21 and it has just started doing this about 6 months ago ?

Do you have any battery saving routines enabled on Bixby Routines?

Still having same problem When l have lock screen on. I use my phone as my clock and have it on a charger during the night. Nothing wrong with charger but often l have a blank scene when l look at it during the night move it off charger and back on and l get time showing again. Alarm will still go off in morning
