2 taps to turn on the screen

I have the Samsung S21 Ultra where tapping twice to turn on the screen does not work. Although turning it off works by tapping 2 times. In addition, the function is simply switched on in the settings. Anyone have an idea how this is possible? And how can it be solved?

@Members_fjAQO6x Hello, try activating the Touch Sensitivity option, from Settings / Screen. Due to the protective screen that is used, the sensitivity may be less.
