Hi, this is my second post about this matter, it says original post deleted for some reason! 

Got a phone contract via mobile phones direct with £80 for my (faulty) note 10 plus, with a £150 bonus trade-in. Sent the phone off, was approved, received my £80, but not the bonus. Tried contacting mtr(samsung recycle partner), samsung themselves and mobile phones direct (seller). Everyones told me to contact the mtr number, but it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. Does anyone know who and how I contact someone regarding this. I've been trying for a week, the offer ends at the end of the month and I'm getting nowhere! Any help please?

Who stated a £150 bonus? Mobile phones direct gave you £80....the £150 bonus might have been from Samsung but only if you purchased directly from them.

Mpd stated it. There's a link on the website to claim it, goes through to samsung recycle. Going on the address I sent it to (MTR I believe who are in partnership with samsung).
