Hi there,
I just bought the new S20 and its lovely however it has this really annoying fault where it pops up sometime 10-15 times a day with a note saying "your sim card has been changed. Please re-start your phone"
First of all I never changed my sim card and only have 1 sim in the phone even though it can take 2. Secondly it is very annoying and Im sure probably bad for the battery for my phone to have to be restarted so many times per day. Sometimes it happens 2 or 3 times in a row.
Please can anyone help?
Thank you

This is typically driven by your sim card and mobile networks systems which for some reason is thinking the sim has been swapped between phone's.
Perhaps try the sim in the 2nd sim card slot and or speak with your Network to see if a sim swap would be beneficial.
I wish you all the best with this situation.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I'm getting this too, on a Qualcomm S20 5G, all of a sudden on Google Fi. The awesome thing is, after the phone restarts my default browser has been changed to Samsung Internet and a few other defaults are changed which really feels like something Google would not do but Samsung would try to do.
Will try the sim in the other slot and see if this goes away.
