If you had WiFi calling before Android 11 update and its missing now, this is probably because you had the SIM in the phone during the install. (I know it sounds daft).

Restart the phone without the SIM card, after restart put back your SIM and you should find WiFi Calling menu item on Phone app Settings.

I have used this method on an unlocked S20 on O2 and its worked for me.

Hope this helps

It's also worth checking that WiFi Calling is still activated on your mobile account by checking in any relevant Network App and or by talking to your network customer services as Wi-Fi Calling is Sim driven @jackthompson

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Hi - I have the same problem and removing the SIM card worked,  however when I turned my phone off and then back on it disappeared again! Any ideas???

Hi, sadly this appears to be a bug in Android 11 / O2 systems. If you repeat the reboot without the SIM process it will reappear. A pain I know.
