WiFi calling gone

I have lost WiFi calling ability and can't get it back. This was my only way of calling from my house due to crap signal! Anyone any idea how to fix or whether it will be?

multiple posts regarding this contacted samsung, solution was a factory reset unfortunately.

try calling up your network provider, and get them to resend the configuration settings to your phone,

I had to get this re set up by Vodafone if your on a contract give who ever your with a call to resend the configuration.. worth a try

try soft reset you dont lose anything for trying that.
