why should I buy a premium APl to print

I have been printing from my phone to my wireless Brothet printer for years. 

This s240fe refusesto print unless I pay an annual fee of £3 to do so. My brother software allows me to print to a properly set up phone with no problem

Why should I pay to send a document from my paid for phone to my paid for printer over my paid for network.

None of the available on line instructions work.

Can anyone tell me how, or do I have to book the Samsung and buy a phone that does what I expect it to do.

sorry for the typos. they go with the phone. Premium PI should read Premium App, Brothet should read Brother, book the Samsung should read bin the Samsung.

why would Samsung demand a fee to print

subscriptions are with the app and not with device 

test using other app and print instead

or try reinstalling the app

Done that. Makes no difference. split demands that i upgrade to premium before it will print. My Motorola printed it no problem.

just had another instance. Could not print my Octopus bill in a pdf. I have managed to print a sticky note using a none Samsung version. makes no sense.
