Why is there no default alarm sound option on the S20+?

I'm being told there is no default alarm sound, and that we have to choose an alarm sound for every alarm we create. That can't be right. At least, that shouldn't be right. Is that right?

on the right corner you have a +.press it and select what u want

strange. i have an S20+ and when i set it there was a sound by default
