Why is my service provider software version is on TUR when I downloaded a ILO firmware and how to change it

I recently bought an s20 fe in France and realized it had a france firmware and changed it to israel using odin but then my service provider was shown to be on turkey. why is it like that

Without knowing exactly what files you used it's impossible to answer. Also use of Odin is not discussed on this forum sorry. Perhaps I can suggest a visit to XDA developers.
