Where has Samsung Free Gone

Samsung Free has disappeared from my Apps. When I look in Galaxy Store is says it is installed (but blanked out) however in my downloaded apps screen it is nowhere to be seen, and when I search on my device it doesn't show anywhere. Can anyone help?

I have the same problem. Nothing seems to be working. And I can't find it on my phone.

Same here... I have a galaxy s8, but I recently switched my home launcher Frome "one UI" to the "Microsoft Launcher"... Does my set as default launcher have something to do with it? Maybe I can't access the Samsung free app while I have Microsoft Launcher enabled... Just like how I can't access Microsoft Launchers "theme settings" app, while I have "One UI home" set as the default launcher?? Idk I'm just guessing

Does that feature require you to have the "One UI Launcher" as your "set as default" launcher app? Either way, using One UI or Microsoft Launcher, I still can't do that. If I swipe all the way right, I just get to the last of my home screen panels lol... if I swipe left while using One UI Launcher, it takes me to the Bixby panel (if enabled). And if I swipe left while using the Microsoft Launcher, it takes me to the Microsoft "Glance" panel that can be customized with personalized feeds, shortcuts, and widgets.

...I've never been able to just "swipe right from home" to access a Samsung free panel/page. And I have the galaxy s8 (Sm-G950W) updated to the android pie (9) software.

I had the same problem when I updated my phone I found if you hold the screen like you are going to add a page or widget then scroll all the way to the left most page past the home screen like you normally would to access it there is a on off switch to enable Samsung free
