Where has Samsung Free Gone

Samsung Free has disappeared from my Apps. When I look in Galaxy Store is says it is installed (but blanked out) however in my downloaded apps screen it is nowhere to be seen, and when I search on my device it doesn't show anywhere. Can anyone help?

Make sure to check all folders, if it's installed it should be in your app drawer somewhere.

@Rusty5010: To access Samsung Free, simply enable Wi-Fi or Mobile Data and swipe right from your Home Screen. I hope this helps.

Yes, that's how I usually access it, buy nothing is there anymore 😬

Try going to your settings>apps and looking for Samsung Free in there. Check that the app is not disabled.

My Samsung free thinks I am under 14 what should I do?

My Samsung Free app is doing the exact same thing, says it's installed, it's NOT disabled but I can't find it anywhere. Any other suggestions?

The app itself doesn't appear to present itself as an icon anymore, however if you have it enabled in your homescreen you may swipe right to it.
