I upgraded to Galaxy S20FE 5G been trying to claim my free watch sent proof of purchase so many times and now being told out of time . So disappointed as this offer was sold to me when upgrading but will now not receive

If you upgraded through a Network etc then have a word with them to see what they can do as it's them that have a duty of care to look after you @eve999 

 

I see you sent the proof of purchase many times so may I assume this was through a Network.

 

If you bought directly from Samsung then contact their customer services department by phone or email and ask what they can do as a Goodwill gesture. 

 

I appreciate you've been told "  and now being told out of time ”  so assume you have done your part to send the information repeatedly.

on the Samsung website there was a claim section for the watch but they have now removed it. they keep telling me they have sent out all the watches. I'm now going through EE as they are my mobile provider which I have have my contract with

I'm looking at ordering a new Samsung Galaxy S20 FE with free watch but I'm unable to see where the watch can be claimed. It states on website I will be able to claim until Feb 21 but from reading the above comment I'm thinking maybe not. Does anyone know where I can gain clarification on the issue?

The guidelines and terms and conditions should be in the offer on the site offering a link etc.

 

Usually the avenue is via your Samsung Members App on the phone purchased.
