Hi all,,,I got s20 yesterday loving it,, did a software update then.. I had to do a factory reset I looked on you tube,(glad had old phone) because it asked for pin to open phone,which i did not set up! and then obvs I couldn't open...I had not put a pin in so tried using one I thought from old phone..,
🙈What I want to know is can I use another method(pattern etc) for future or will it always ask for pin.(which I now know is samsung or Google account) I'm scared now,don't want to do that again,
