Hi, does anyone know if I need the original receipt to get my phone repaired by samsung? I bought a samsung galaxy s20 ultra from a phone shop and after a week or so ive noticed that the phone has a very faint screen burn so I can faintly see the outline of some apps, the phone is fully legitimate and is registered in my name on my samsung memebers account and is still under samsung warranty, but I don't have the original receipt from when the phone was new I only have a receipt from the seller when I purchased. Ive been booked into to have my phone collected and repaired by samsung but I'm not sure if they will do it without the original receipt from when the phone was new. Can anyone give me any information about this it would be much appreciated it. Thanks
