Hi , I am unable to charge with USB port, as I am having continuous warning signal of 'Moisture has been detected in our charger/USB port. Make sure it's dry before charging your phone'.  Actually, the port is fully dry, I am having this issue for the last 10 days. Urgently, I brought a wireless charger and charging the phone.  This is a very new phone, it's less than a month.  When I called Samsung care centre, wait for a couple of days till it gets dried..  But not luck.

Does any body has solution?  Please advice?

Yes.
Turn off the phone, plug the cable in to the port, wait for it to start charging, and then turn the phone back on.
This should clear the warning.

Ah. Unfortunately that's the only solution I've known.
Sorry it didn't work for you.

I've had the same problem with my phone for the past week.
I turned off my phone and connected the charger, then turned the phone back on which cleared the fault, only for the fault to come back when I connect my earphones.
I phoned 3 technical and they said that this is a common fault with Samsung galaxy phones during the the summer months due to the sensor picking up the humidity in the air.
The problem started when we had the 40 degree heatwave last week and also I've just come back from Turkey which is of course very hot..
He basically said the only thing I can do is to blow a hair dryer around the port for few a seconds, which didn't help or until the weather cools down...
Might just get wireless headset and charger.
