Uploading IMEI image.

Bought a new S20 FE 5G.

Free Chromebook offer with it. Claiming going ok but when I get to uploading digital image of the IMEI number, there is nowhere to upload it. Just a page saying upload image but nothing else. Have uploaded copy of invoice and the IMEI number but stuck at the image of IMEI page. 

Any help appreciated.

Yesterday I couldn't see the claim form in the Samsung Members app, today I can so worth trying that?
