@Nickiebee26: Hi there. If you entered the Upgrade Programme with the Galaxy S20 then you are eligible to upgrade to the latest S Series model every 12 months, but cannot switch to the Z Flip. If you're interested in the Z Flip then you can choose not to upgrade and pay off the existing balance on your S20 to exit the programme, although I understand that this isn't ideal. Apologies for any disappointment this may cause you.
