I have been in the upgrade programme for 12 months and yesterday 1st april I was allowed to upgrade
Went online to order the s20 ultra and went all way through the form, got to the end with payment and my bank confirmed payment successful but then when I return to the samsung site it says order failed
Payment of £119.90 taking from my account by klarna
Got a email from klarna saying new DD set up fine
Spoke to samsung support who cancelled the payment and told me to try again tomorrow
Tried again today and exactly the same thing happened
Spoke to klarna who said everything is fine at their end but samsung sales team say there is nothing they can do
What do I do now?
