Update has ruined the camera

I have just updated my galaxy s20 plus and everything looks great bar the camera, it is blurry and absolutley awful looking.

It doesn't focus at all and needs fixed. This is a mess. Anyone else had this issue since the update?

This is me😭, It doesnt focus as all and this only happened after the upgrade. Surprisingly the wide angle it is not blurry but I cant always take pictures with it. I want my normal camera to be fixed

@Dimakatso: To troubleshoot the issue, please head to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data, then press and hold the Volume Down and Side Keys together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts. Furthermore, open the Camera app > Tap the cog symbol > Reset Settings > Reset, then tap on About Camera to check for any available updates that might address the issue. If you're still unable to focus, and have tried tapping on the subject in the viewfinder, with plenty of light in the scene, then please send an Error Report. To do this, press and hold on the Samsung Members app icon > Error Reports > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data, and follow the on screen instructions. Please do this immediately after encountering the problem to ensure that the resulting data accurately reflects the issue.

Having the same thing happening. Samsung dosnt care as usual. And these updates are more or less mandatory. After 10 years of being samsung customer I will never buy a single product from them again.

Yes, on my A715G  (SM-A716U), I also thought that it might be a Software issue, after trying many things the problem turned out to be a Hardware issue. The Camera itself had failed. I had another A715G  (SM-A716U1)  with a damaged Screen laying around (previous Phone that got run over in the Street March of 2022) that I swapped the Main Board along with all the Cameras today (August 31st 2022) into the Phone Body with the good screen. Cameras take great sharp photos as it should now. Another bonus is that I got all my Photos back that had been inaccessible. I did have to call T-Moble Support and have them remotely reset the SIM Card. If you need to purchase the Cameras? They are available and inexpensive online, DIY Videos are available as well.  Randy  AKA  randog311
