Update android 12 UK

Did anyone got the new update with Three network?

I've been trying to update but nothing seems to be working. 

Any ideas?

I have galaxy note 10 + on 3 network, still no update for me either, Wifes had it on note 9 tho!

This three as soon as my contract is finished I'll change it, useless.

I'm on a Three SIM only contract and got the Android 12 update on the 31st December

Three is responsible for pushing the update, contact them if you want the update quicker. My recommendation would to buy an unlocked sim free phone and change to a sim only contract as that is what I have and I get updates much earlier than if I had a carrier locked phone.

Sim only contact so I assume he's bought the phone outright so will be an unlocked phone they get updates quicker, with pay monthly phones samsung send your operator the update and they add there features and then push the update to your phone, you can flash your phone with odin to unlocked firmware and get it sooner but you will lose everything on the phone as it resets it to factory settings

I got an upgrade phone from three, and the sim as well, so normally i get the update straight away. I spoke to them but they clueless 🙄.
