Unwanted 8am alarm I can't get rid of

A month or two ago I changed my Do Not Disturb by adding a schedule. I adjusted the schedule, but now there is a permanent 8am alarm that I can't find or delete.

I have turned off Do Not Disturb, I don't have any alarms set in the clock app. Where is it coming from?

Check in the 'modes and routines' app (formerly bixby routines) to see if you have a sleep mode or routine set.

That was totally it. It includes the Grayscale setting as well. Thanks.

Hasn't worked - got rid of it last time by deleting recent apps, but back again at 6:30am - soul/sleep destroying.

Have you checked in the 'modes and routines' app? Also, do you own a Samsung watch at all?
