As of Jan 7, still no December Security patch or Android 13? Starting to feel left out, ignored. So many on lower end devices got the update already. 

Samsung was has been doing much better with updates but the way it leaves some folks behind feels unfair.

EU S20FE has had Android 13 for months. Is your phone unlocked, or a carrier supplied one?

Depends on country, network, and then they release in batches to not overload the server. Settings- about phone- Model number then Google the Model number android 13. The other thing is smart things on p.c you can check there you should atleast have the December security patch
