@Dakota98: Have you recently updated your S20+ to Android 11? Ordinarily the option to take photos while recording a video can be found to the left of the record button, after hitting record (camera symbol in a white circle). If it's not there, try tapping the cog symbol in the top left, and reducing the Rear Video resolution to see if this helps. Alternatively, why not try using the Single Take option, as this will automatically capture up to 14 different photos and videos. To find out more, please check the link below.
