Unable to stream videos using mobile data

Hi I'm currently using the Samsung s20 fe 5G which I upgraded from a huawei phone recently.  The issue I'm having is that I can't stream videos from legitimate apps like sky sports and Bt sports using mobile data,  however all works fine when connected to Wi-Fi. I contacted my communication provider EE and they asked me to try changing some settings but none sorted out the issue. I tried my sim on a different mobile and all works fine when streaming on mobile data confirming the sim card is fine and the issue is definitely with Samsung.  Does anyone here knows how I  can sort this issue out please.

You really should be using
Wifi for streaming

If you using mobile data
Try using mobile hotspot and tethering

Have u tried putting a different sim card into your phone and trying it?

Done that with a different sim from the same communication provider it works on another EE phone but not on mine

Try going into setting >general management > reset and reset the network setting and see if this helps. It won't affect any of ur data
