Still no luck with this update. Can't find a link to join beta programme in members app or on ghe net any ideas

What country are you trying from. It tends to be available from very specific countries

why you trying to join beta , its official right now, go to your update page in software and updates in setting

Done that and it says software up to date but its not its running android 10 ui2

OK this solution 100% works, hard reset your phone and make sure the region is selected to UK back your data up, like photos etc. apps don't need to. my smasung pay wasn't working and I had 0 clue why, I hard reset my s20 and found it was selected in a another country instead of UK

if the above fails have samsung take a look at the phone S20 was the first phone to get the official release their is no need for you to still be on android 10

True, but one I suggested should 100% work, if not its hardware related and that's samsungs problems to deal with

Hardreset , not factory reset. Serach on youtube how to hardset on android or s20
