Hi
Is there a way to turn 5g off to 4g as draining my battery as not in 5g area yet. I have tried in the mobile settings but doesn't give 4g as an option.
Thank you

Yes when you search for Network Operators there should be an option named Network Mode change that to LTE...

The options above are not available on the Galaxy S21 Ultra. There are only two choices under Network Mode--Automatic and Manual.  If manual is selected my only applicable choice is Verizon, but there is no speed associated with the choice. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Some Network's do not allow this change of setting unfortunately.

This cropped up with the Note 20 Ultra 5G from some users in the United States too.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thanks for the response.

Aside from being bad from a customer service standpoint, you would think they would be happy to have someone want to use the slower network, so not providing that ability is just silly.

Thanks again!
