turn off front camera dot

Iv just updated my phone and the 3 little dots that you press to turn on advanced setting and to yurn dot of have gone. Only a search icon there now. How do i get it back or turn off dot

I'm guessing that you mean being able to hide the camera hole? E.g. https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s20-series/hide-camera-cutout/td-p/2402470 ?

If so, then that feature was removed in Android 11/One UI 3.
