Just traded a mint huawei P30 pro towards a new S20 FE and it tracks as received on royal mail website, but I've just received a reminder to send it, it was received 26th March and I received the reminder on 4th April. This worries me as the gap between the 2 is quite large, I'm trying to find an email address or way to respond to the emails/text reminders but there is nothing obvious, as I could do with notifying them of their own tracking number from the trade in order. So they can go and find it.
Any ideas?
