I traded in my old S8 for the s20. I received an email from samsung@tradeinresponse.co.uk to click on a link to pay a £25 excess due to screen burn. 

With so many scams going round, is this a genuine website address and link? Impossible to get in touch with someone at Samsung to confirm.
