hi, i am looking to trade in my galaxy s20 for s23 but there is a small scratch on the screen. Does that count as screen damage or would i still be able to trade it in and get the discount?

Hi @Rach123456670 , this will be classed as physical damage, therefore, the amount you will receive for your S20 will be reduced.

@Rajsahab Scratches are classed as wear and tear which is not covered by the warranty, this is why it will affect the trade in.

Ah, we apologise @Rach123456670 , this will be covered and will not affect the trade-in value.
