Hi, can anyone help me with my technical issue. My torch  stopped working a while back. Swipe down and it turns on but no torch light.

Samsung have tried most things on the phone, even a factory reset, still no good.i lve in Devon and the nearest Shop is 86 miles from me. Also they don't do house calls own this far.

So I opted out of getting it picked up and waiting up to x6 days... Can't be without my phone that long..

Any ideas appreciated!

Open camera, take a picture using flash light on see that work, if the flash don't work that mean you flash light is not working need repair

Tap get help in bottom right and run a diagnostics 🤷

try going into play store and download the torch flash light app and see if that solves your problem
