My theme store is not at all opening,tried doing clear cache,data,r3set data,safe mode,but still the same,just now updated to one ui 4, samsung care people also unable to resolve,plz anyone

Who supplied the phone to you ?
If a Factory reset, cache clear and safe mode are not helping then I'd suggest to use a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Doorstep Service if available in your Region.
