Does anyone else who uses this method for text? It's the only option available to me due to a moderate disability in my hand and I can't use the qwerty problem. The issues I'm having Samsung UK want nothing to do with it even after admitting it's a developer fault. Simple every day words are missing from the dictionary and come as totally different words than the 1 you want, try it on your Samsung s20 a51 etc try typing at, commonly, fool, more and you will see what happens mean, I have to put letters in manually for certain words as they just simply don't exist in the dictionary. Wish I kept my s9 than upgrade to this piece of junk s20 I've had Samsung phones since the e720 and this is the only issue I've over had yet Samsung UK don't want to listen or help.

I may have a suggestion for you : go to Google Play store and search for "Gboard"

hi mate thanks for the reply, I've tried everything as hard the staff in my local EE store to no avail. Samsung has told me its a developer fault yet offered no solution either. between EE staff who were brilliant and spent over an hour with me trying various other options and also Samsung reps asked me to try things from the settings right down a factory reset, imagine would understand if it was just my handset that does it but the EE staff tried the A51 and a S20 and the same thing happened on those handsets. the only option left to me it to get a bigger handset and try get accustomed to qwerty keyboard where the letters are bigger than mine, the problem is have is have have tendon and never damage in my hand with very little feeling in my fingers hence why I've always used T9 4x3 predictive text as its easiest for me to use. it's like Samsung want nothing to do with it and sent me back to where I got the phone but as its a developer fault carphone warehouse have said its not their problem to solve.
