Moved from my S10 to an S20FE and noticing that there's a lot of problems. My social apps, camera and keyboard don't work as well. They keep freezing, letters aren't working and lots of small things that effect the phone in a big way. My husband changed over too and has found the same issue. Finding it hard with the transition over the past month. Just doesn't seem like great quality in comparison to the older phone. Anyone else had that problem or know how to fix it? We have tried off and on, the Samsung checks etc. Nothing has worked and we are getting super frustrated! We were so excited!

you guys are having dead zones on your touchscreen, I had this problem today but it goes away when I lock the phone again and unlock in a bit let's say. This problem was severe in December when I was feeling like crying but got much better now. You must turn off "accidental touch protection" and should be working fine ! In my case it helped, very rare now to get touchscreen problems......

Yeah, I thought this too. But we have issues with the camera where it freezes and then delays the capture until a few seconds later. We have tried everything. The apps also aren't functioning completely either. I am not sure what the problem is.

are your phone updated to One UI 3.1 ? If no then you have to update them because camera freezing is fixed now and if they already been updated but still not working fine then you will have to back them up and then do factory reset then recover your things back !

that's good then 😃 my problem is I have had wireless charging and water resistant since the S7 my phone comes in the bath with me (yes I have an awful smart phone addiction) and at night is goes on a wireless charger stand so I can use the aod as a bedside clock, glad you like your A51 5G what I love about them is you get so much phone for your money, with my 21U I am paying 3 times the price for wireless charging water resist and a better camera that is all

better camera software memory build quality battery the A series is a very mid range phone doesn't come close to a S series I like the design of the A series and they are really food phone I'm not nocking them at all but they don't compare when it comes to the S

no I agree totally for me it's got to be a proper S series as well no fe or e anything like that, I will be sticking to s series samsung for the foreseeable and I could not live without wireless charging or water resistance

how do you co tact Samsung to get your phone swapped or a refund. I cannot find anywhere. I bought the phone in response to an advert from Samsung
At first I thought tbe problem was x
caused by the UK upgrade. but its had 2 patches now and no Improvement. the Camera appwas so bad deleted the append installed another
Its much better now. By the time I had set up the first app the moment had gone.
phones,ae usually rubbish compared to a stand alone camera. But they should be set up so you can just point and shoot if you want. The original took 30 or 40 seconds to set up and by then the finches had flown.
overall this phone is about 4 out of 10.
