Strange call

I have been getting calls at 9.56am no one there no number can't answer, o2 says that can't happen, well it does!!! Samsung said reset apps which it did for a week then it started again. Can anyone help?

That is a conundrum @irnbru 

If this was my situation if clearing the phone's System Partition Cache Files didn't work then I'd be tempted to try Safe Mode.

to this fails to help them as a last resort I'd back up and factory reset the phone.

Thank you. I spoke to Samsung yesterday and he went through the phone and checked everything, and made a few adjustments so fingers crossed 🤞 so I don't need to do a factory reset.
