anyone else having trouble getting Security patch update on s20 fe I've had nothing since 12th July I've tried everything I can think of even rang my network three they didn't know 😡😡

My phone isnt on 3 but there have been members previously that have complained about 3 being slow to release updates to their phones. This isnt Samsungs fault its 3s responsibility even if they say they don't know whats happening. The comments on this thread shld have more info about 3 and their slow release of security patches to phones which have 3 branded software.
