I updated to the latest software last night and I can no longer see my apps. My screen is black and my wall paper picture has disappeared. Anyone have any idea how to restore this please
That's odd. Let's see if a Soft Reset helps! This will reboot your phone without deleting any personal data. To do this, hold the Power and Volume Down buttons for around 10 seconds.
Hopefully your Samsung cloud back up has recently updated and backed up.
I learnt from a bad SW update on my Note 10+ to now manually do a Samsung cloud back up before any SW update... and I aim to do any SW update on a very high batt level.
