I can see that this update was released a long time ago here in the UK. Can you confirm where are you based and from where did you purchase your S20 Ultra 5G?
I would advise downloading the Smart Switch programme to your PC, connect your phone, and then, if available, you will be prompted to download it. Whatever region your handset is produced for, Smart Switch would be able to update the software (if there's an update available). Unfortunateley, there is no way to download a new update outside the phone or our official apps. Keep in mind that if the phone has been manufactured outsode the country where you are based at the minute the updates may be delayed, or not received so please check with the seller where this has been manufactured.
Alternatively, you can take the phone to one of our Support Centres to get this done by one of our engineers. To do this you will require valid proof of purchase. If you are based in the UK you can find your nearest one here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/

Updates from the United Arab Emirates cannot be received in the UK @iulian5000.
Do you have any relatives or friends to borrow a PC from them a try to upgrade this using our SmartSwitch programme?
