I've seen other threads similar but none seem to really help. I recently replaced my old phone with a new one of the exact model (Galaxy s20 FE 5g). I did a smart switch and got almost everything the exact same as my old phone, besides 2 glaringly irritating problems.
1.) My gallery photos are completely mixed up. When trying to post a photo on social media, I can hardly find the images I need. My most recent images do not show up first, random videos from a year ago do. It's just completely scrambled and frustrating.
2. My app-provided notifications are completely missing. Notifications for facebook and snapchat are both the default alert notification now. I saw other threads saying I just need to uninstall and reinstall, but when I did nothing changed. There wasn't even an option for "app-provided notifications" like my last phone did.
These two phones are the exact same so I don't understand why I encountered so many issues when I switched over. If anyone has any helpful suggestions, please send them my way.
