Single Take not working on S20 Ultra

Hi All, I have the S20 Ultra and the Single Take camera function is not working at all. I have fully updated the software on the phone and restarted each time it does not work to see if this makes a difference.  It doesn't.  Sometimes there are photos created but they are all grey. Any ideas very gratefully received!

have you tried deleting camera app data?

That should fix it.

Hi Archer, thank you for your reply. Sorry for the newb question : how do I delete camera app data?

press on camera app icon, then info, the memory (archiviation memory) then wipe all data

@Martuuusia: Did you mean the S20+. If so then the Single take feature can be accessed by opening the Camera app and swiping right to Single Take, visible just below the capture screen.
