Since update no one can hear me on incoming or outgoing calls

Help. No one can hear me when i ring out or recieve calls since the system update i did yesterday as if i have low signal but i have full strength. Done a soft reset, cleared Phone cashe and Sim toolkit cashe as was advised online. Ive done a mic test etc all fine

Boot into safe mode and test calls. If it works it's possibly down to an app recently installed
